Terms and Conditions – SGS Jewellery

Welcome to SGS, a trusted name in gold and diamond jewellery wholesale. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Product Authenticity:
All our jewellery is made from genuine gold (hallmarked 18K/22K as per customer requirement) and certified diamonds. SGS guarantees the purity and authenticity of every piece supplied.
 

2. Orders and Customization:
Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale purchases. Custom-made products are accepted based on mutual agreement. Any design or specification changes after confirmation may incur additional charges or extended delivery timelines.
 

3. Payment Terms:
Orders must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept secure bank transfers and approved digital payment methods. Prices are subject to market rates of gold and diamonds and may vary accordingly.
 

4. Delivery and Shipping:
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Shipping is done via trusted logistics partners, and tracking details will be provided. SGS is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
 

5. No Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any complaints regarding product defects must be raised within 2 to 3 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by clear images or evidence.
 

6. Intellectual Property:
All product designs, content, and branding are the intellectual property of SGS and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
