Returns for jewelry pieces are allowed within 14 days since the delivery date. To return the item please log in to your account, go to your order history, choose the items to return and fill the comment. We will confirm your return in two working days and provide you a return address. If the product is defective then we will pay for the return shipment otherwise it is a responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept return for loose stones as it is impossible to reliable check their condition and genuinity.
After we receive the return package we will refund or exchange the returned items.
